Tours from your agreements
An advisor searches tours from the host's supplier agreements. Every card shows the supplier, the departures still open and the commission the agreement pays.

Advisors find a tour, see the net rate, their commission and the client price, and send a proposal under their own brand. The host agency sees every split and payout without a spreadsheet.
Supplier agreements and net rates come from your own contracts. We build the portal; we never resell rates.
Host agencies and advisor networks of any size, with twenty advisors or two thousand, end up running the network on spreadsheets and supplier portals.
Your supplier agreements, your net rates, your advisor network. We build the portal they run on.
The portal runs on the host agency's own agreements. Access to suppliers and the net rates come from the host. Aviobyte builds and maintains the software; we do not resell rates or broker supplier access. A tour operator can give the same portal to its own network of agents.
One sale from start to finish, then the host's view of the network.
An advisor searches tours from the host's supplier agreements. Every card shows the supplier, the departures still open and the commission the agreement pays.
Pick a departure and the price panel shows all three numbers per person, with the advisor's and the host's share of the commission under the advisor's plan.
The advisor adds a planning fee and the panel recalculates on the spot: the client total, the advisor's earnings and the host's share. The fee goes to the advisor in full.
The proposal goes out as a page, a PDF and an email under the advisor's brand, with the client price only. Net rate, commission and split never leave the portal.
The client opens the proposal on the phone, accepts it and pays the deposit. Before taking the payment, the portal checks price and seats with the supplier again.
The host sees each new booking at the top of the network feed, with the split under the advisor's plan.
Once a month, commissions received from suppliers become one payout run, and a short-paid line is held, not guessed.
Adding an advisor is one form: name, commission plan and which suppliers they can sell. The new advisor accepts the invite in three steps and sends a first proposal the same day.
Each advisor can have a site under their own brand. Its AI assistant answers from the host's catalog, never reveals net rates or commission, and hands a qualified inquiry to the advisor's portal.

The portal works best on a larger screen.
We connect it to your suppliers' feeds or APIs with your own credentials, to your merchant account and to your accounting, and advisors sign in by invite or SSO.
How quickly an advisor gets to a proposal, and how well the portal keeps your net rates private.
We ran each flow in a browser and counted every click and entry. We asked the assistant on the advisor site 49 test questions, including attempts to get rates out of it, and checked every answer. Accessibility was checked automatically in all four flows.
