What we collect and why
Contact form: name, email, company, area of interest and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry (legitimate interest and steps before a contract).
Diagnosis form: the details you enter about you and your business. We use them to prepare, invoice and deliver the Diagnosis (performance of a contract).
AI planner demo (Kinward): if you try the demo, we store your conversation with the planner for 7 days so we can find and fix errors, and then delete it. The text of messages is not sent to analytics or written to logs. Do not enter real personal or payment details; the demo has no card field and all bookings are fictional.
Processors and hosting
Form messages are sent by email through Resend, which acts as our processor. The site runs on our own server in the EU, rented from Hetzner, which acts as our processor for hosting. Analytics providers are described below. These providers may process data outside your country, under standard contractual clauses where required.
Analytics and consent
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland they are loaded only after you consent; without consent no analytics or advertising cookies or scripts are loaded. Elsewhere they are active by default until you reject them in the banner. You can change your choice at any time through 'Cookie settings' in the footer. Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage, and the site itself sets only a language preference cookie.
Retention
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them and for the usual follow-up, then deleted. Invoicing data is kept for the period required by tax law.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing, by writing to office@aviobyte.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell personal data.
