Price

The Diagnosis costs $490. If you sign the project contract within 60 days, the full fee is credited against the first phase.
Prices exclude applicable taxes. Clients outside the EU are invoiced in US dollars, EU clients in euros.

Questions about the Diagnosis
Why is the Diagnosis paid?
Because it is real work: two workshops with our developers and a written plan you can use with anyone. The free 20-minute call tells you whether we are a fit and gives you a price range; the Diagnosis gives you a scope and a fixed price you can budget against.
We're in the US. Does the time difference work?
Yes. We schedule workshops in your morning, and our regular support window is Monday to Friday, 9 AM–1 PM ET (3–7 PM CET). We usually reply within 1 business day.
Who owns the code if we go ahead?
Your data, database and content are yours, and so is the code we write specifically for you. Our core and reusable components stay ours, with a perpetual license to use them in your system. You can continue development with us or with any team.
Do we need supplier contracts before the Diagnosis?
No. We look at which suppliers fit your business and what each integration involves. Contracts and net rates with suppliers are always yours; we connect them into your system.
Is this a consultation call?
No. It is a fixed piece of work with a written result: scope, architecture and fixed prices per phase, delivered within 10 business days.
