Every price below is a starting price for a defined scope. After a free call and a Project Diagnosis, each phase of your project has a fixed price before we start building it.

Prices exclude applicable taxes. Clients outside the EU are invoiced in US dollars, EU clients in euros.
How we start
Three steps, and you know what each one costs before it begins.
- 1. Free 20-minute call
An honest answer on whether we are the right fit for you, and a price range for your project.
- 2. Project Diagnosis
Two online workshops, then a scope document, architecture and fixed prices per phase within 10 business days. The fee is credited against the first phase if you sign within 60 days, and the documents are yours either way.

- 3. Build in phases
Each phase has a fixed price and a clear result. You decide on the next phase when you are ready.
After launch
What you pay after the system goes live, and what you pay to others directly.
Seasonal SLA, monthly$229/mo
- Critical incident in season (May to October): response within 4 business hours
- Critical incident off season: response within 1 business day; other incidents within 2 business days
- Support window Monday to Friday, 9:00–13:00 ET (15:00–19:00 CET), by email and ticket
- 2 hours of changes per month and a monthly report; outages of third-party systems are not covered
What you pay directly, not to us
- Your payment provider's fees, on the account and contract in your name
- Your suppliers: contracts, net rates and any access fees stay between you and them
Questions about pricing
- Do prices include tax, and in which currency am I invoiced?
- Prices exclude applicable taxes. Clients outside the EU are invoiced in US dollars, EU clients in euros.
- Who pays the suppliers and the payment provider?
- You do, directly. Supplier contracts, net rates and the payment provider account are in your name, so their fees are billed to you by them. Our price covers the software we build and connect.
- Why is the final price fixed only after the Diagnosis?
- The starting price covers the scope described on each service page. The number of suppliers, languages and roles moves the price, so the Diagnosis maps your business first and then sets a fixed price for every phase.
- Is the first call really free?
- Yes. The 20-minute call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You get an honest answer on fit and a price range for your project.
