A guest finds your hotel on Instagram and books on the phone, at the total price, with no OTA in between. You see the booking at once, guest emails run on their own, and tour operator groups arrive through allotments.
Small hotels and rentals, with eight rooms or eighty, in any market, run into the same three problems.

Independent hotels got 63.4% of bookings through OTAs in 2025, and OTA bookings were cancelled twice as often as direct ones (Cloudbeds, 2026).
The result is net: it subtracts the direct booking discount and the card fee. It is an estimate, not a forecast.

From the Instagram link to a confirmed booking in a few taps. Every room shows the total price for the whole stay with all mandatory fees, the best rate comes from the hotel's own rate plans, and the price and the room are checked again before payment.
The confirmation, directions to the hotel and the day-before note are in the package. The extras offer, late checkout, review request and return offer are an add-on, and each one goes out only when it makes sense: late checkout only if the room is free, the return offer only with consent.
The tour operator's rooms per arrival, the countdown to release and the rooming list with every change. Unsold rooms go back on sale on the release date, and the hotel answers late changes with accept or decline.
Bookings and availability go straight to your systems. If a connection drops, no change is lost: updates wait and go out in order when it comes back.
The same booking flow works with units instead of room types, for vacation rentals.

From “Check availability” to a confirmed booking, the way a guest coming from Instagram books.
We booked a room on a phone-sized screen, pausing before each tap like a real guest, and timed it from “Check availability” to the confirmation. An automated accessibility check (axe) ran on every screen and state of the booking flow.
Guests who use a screen reader or a keyboard book the same way as everyone else. Accessible rooms are described in detail and booked like any other room, and every price includes all mandatory fees from the first screen.
